Ming-Hong Tsai

Ming-Hong Tsai is an Associate Professor of Psychology in the School of Social Sciences at Singapore Management University. His research interests include conflict and collaboration, judgment and decision-making, and emotions. He has published papers in management and psychology outlets, such as Organization Science, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, Journal of Personality, British Journal of Psychology, Journal of Business and Psychology, and Negotiation and Conflict Management Research.

Laura Rees

Laura Rees is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at the College of Business at Oregon State University. Laura's research focuses on emotions and related cognitive and interpersonal influences that often arise spontaneously and without much conscious thought, but profoundly shape decision-making, negotiations, performance, and well-being at work. Her research has been published in journals such as the Academy of Management Review, the Journal of Business Ethics, the Academy of Management Annals, the Journal of Applied Psychology, and others, as well as numerous book chapters.

Jennifer Parlamis

Jennifer Parlamis is a Professor and Chair in the department of Humanistic Management and Hospitality at the University of San Francisco. Jennifer’s research interests include emotions in conflict, technology in negotiations, team dynamics, and leadership competencies. Her research has been published in journals such as the International Journal of Conflict Management, Team Performance Management, Group Decision and Negotiation, Journal of Management Inquiry, Negotiation and Conflict Management Research, Journal of Management Education, Computers in Human Behavior, and Negotiation Journal and in several book chapters. Jennifer has served as a board member at the International Association for Conflict Management and is an Associate Editor at Group Decision and Negotiation.

Michael A. Gross

Michael A. Gross is a Professor in the Department of Management, College of Business at Colorado State University (CSU).  He is a past Editor-in-Chief for Negotiation and Conflict Management Research (2015-2019), a six-time Dean's Scholar (2017, 2014, 2012, 2011, 2009, and 2006), and the 2016 Past Division Chair, Conflict Management Division, Academy of Management (completing an elected 5-year leadership track).  From 2002-2004 he was the Bartels & Co. CPAs, LLC Junior Faculty Research Fellow at CSU.

Deborah A. Cai

Deborah A. Cai (Ph.D., Michigan State University) is professor and senior associate dean in the Klein College of Media and Communication at Temple University, and she is a faculty member in the Media and Communication doctoral program and in the Department of Communication and Social Influence.
